Everything went great. They showed up exactly when they said and communicated with me every day about the progress and plans for the next day. They even worked in the snow. I couldn’t be happier.

Great experience with them installing a bay window. They were extremely meticulous, spending nearly 12 hours in below-freezing weather to get the fit and carpentry right. The final result is beautiful, and the crew was a pleasure from start to finish. Not many contractors would return to clean up some small caulk residue that was understandably missed because it was dark outside. They pride themselves in cleaning up the work site and being consummate professionals, and it shows. I highly recommend Window Solutions Plus. They also worked with us on the price and scope of the window configuration, as we didn’t want to invest top dollar in a window for a variety of reasons. Bottom line: we have no reservations about recommending this company for a window installation that will be painless and perfect.

We hadn’t had work done in our home for years because we couldn’t find a contractor we trusted. They have a reputation… and it’s not a good one. When we decided to turn our screened-in porch into a 4-season room, we had the same concerns. Fortunately, we found Windows Solutions Plus and from Day One they started to change the way we thought about contractors. Always on time, diligent and detailed, they’d do nothing but work all day to get the job done… and done right. Every night they’d vacuum and clean the work area (and surrounding areas), sometimes leaving it cleaner than it was before they arrived. Greg, the owner, would text us each day and/or night with plans for the next day and any changes that might occur. Chris, a true carpenter, took such pride in his work, it brought us back to the “old days” when people actually cared about their profession. This was the most painless, hassle-free project we’ve ever experienced. Greg and his team have given us hope that there are still contractors, workers and people who will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Although we have changed our minds about contractors in general, Windows Solutions Plus is still the only company we’ll hire for any future project.

Windows Solutions Plus did an absolutely terrific job on my house. They replaced 20 windows in my house with new Anderson windows, They did all the work: measurement, delivery, installation, cleanup. They were efficient, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We are delighted with the results. Is it possible you might find window replacement for tiny bit cheaper elsewhere? Maybe. Will go regret having John and his crew do the work for you? Definitely not. Replacing windows is a major deal, so get someone who knows what they are doing. In particular the clean up was great… it was as if they had never been there. Barely a spec of dust remained. I’d recommend them all day long.

Excellent. Window Solutions Plus lived up to all of the excellent reviews on Angie’s List, as well as the separate local references that we checked. Greg was a pleasure to work with from the initial phone contact through the planning, scheduling, estimating, and contracting process, and particularly throughout the actual work. His company is experienced with various premium types of windows and Greg offered us creative and reasonably priced window and door solutions, including the ability to do finish trim and painting touch ups. He and all of his team were highly skilled, always polite, prompt, and thorough, and they made sure that the work areas inside and out were left in very clean condition before they left for the day. When there were a few minor wrinkles, as to be expected when replacing windows in an older home, Greg and his team quickly and expertly resolved any issues. They have very high standards and do very quality finish work. The powder room renovation that they did turned out beautifully, as did the track lighting they replaced in our living room, and the other small projects. Greg goes the extra mile to make sure that you are happy and that the work is right. He was flexible about scheduling and he is realistic about the lead time for ordering the materials and the time it will take to complete the work. We highly recommend him, Window Solutions Plus, and Seamless Remodeling.

We needed to replace 60 year old wood windows in the upstairs and finished basement with premium vinyl windows, and also a basement slider door. We also needed to replace a wall of old single pane picture windows in the living room and four old wood windows that we wanted to match with other first floor Anderson windows from a previous first floor renovation. We also contracted with the separate remodeling part of Greg and John’s business, Seamless Remodeling, to replace all fixtures in a powder room, replace outdated living room track lighting and an upstairs bathroom light fixture, and some tile and plumbing repairs.

Fantastic. Greg and his team replaced an older, large kitchen window with a new Anderson custom window for us as part of a kitchen remodel. Instead of a large simple piece of glass we had asked for some customization to the top to appear more sophisticated. Greg and his team found several examples until they found something we liked, then worked with Anderson to produce it for us. The new window is gorgeous and perfect! They replaced the old one with ease – hard to do given how the window had been put in previously (part of our roof hung down beyond the top of the pane so looking out the window you saw the roof!). They came up with an approach which made everything look nicer in the end and took great care with the project. They take great pride in their work and are very skilled and detail oriented. A+ from us and would highly recommend to others considering buying Windows. I wish I had found them 3 years ago when we replaced most of the other windows in our house.

Our home is an older home built in the early 1950’s and we needed to replace almost all of the original double-hung windows. We wanted to find a replacement window that was high quality but not overly expensive. I contacted Window Solutions Plus and received a quick response from John, the business manager. I called him on a Monday and we set up a meeting for later that week. He was very flexible and made sure he found a workable time within my schedule.
John is very knowledgeable and was very thorough when going over their window selection. We spent some time discussing our budget and goals, and he brought different window samples with him to show us what our options were. They offer a range of products and we selected higher end Harvey vinyl windows.
John was very responsive in answering our questions thoroughly and quickly. He was clear about the timeline for the project, from measuring and ordering to the estimated installation date (mid-June). The windows arrived ahead of schedule and John found time to fit our project into their schedule earlier than expected (last week of May). They started on a Wednesday and finished on a Friday. John and Greg arrived with their crew at 7:30am every day as expected. They were very neat, making sure to clean up at the end of the day, stowing any equipment out of the way. They finished the installation completely before leaving on Friday, staying past 6:30pm to make sure everything was caulked and sealed before they left.
John and Greg are courteous and professional. The new windows look great and their pricing is competitive. The excellent customer service and high quality product line makes them a terrific value. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their Windows.

All of our questions were answered in a timely manner and we were always kept abreast of progress with the windows. I had no idea how much manpower went into putting in a window, but on most days about 1.5 windows were installed. It took one week for the windows to be fully installed with trim, no paint (you have to do that on your own or opt for additional services) The two men who did the installation, were very prompt, clean,considerate, meticulous and a pleasure to work with. Overall I would highly recommend Window Solutions, they are super easy to work with and will make sure you have a great experience. Apparently they are branching out into remodeling and I am definitely going to consider them for future projects in my home. As with any project we had minor glitches, like a barely noticeable tear in the screen mesh for the window, the guys noticed it right away and said they would order a new one right away to replace it; they go out of their way, above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. That little blemish didn’t bother me at all, but it’s nice to know that they believe in delivering a perfect service experience by taking care of the smallest of details. It’s hard to pick vendors, but when you invest money, you need to ensure you’re getting the right people. I believe you can’t go wrong with this company, I’d make the same choice if I needed to replace additional windows in the future.

The scheduling of the job was executed as planned. As suggested by the Owner the windows were ready one month after purchase (in fact a week earlier). They estimated one full day to do the job and they delivered. The finished work looks great, especially the fact that all interior frames were put back into place and you can barely tell that they were all taken apart to install the new windows. After the work was done they cleaned up everything and left no trace!
The work was performed on a two floor 1934 Colonial in May 2016. Windows Solutions Plus, were professional, courteous and clean. Definitely recommend them.

The whole process from information and estimate through completion of the project, was excellent. I highly recommend Window Solutions Plus. My primary contact was with John and then at installation with several members of his crew. Everyone was professional and responsive. John is very knowledgeable and was patient as we figured out and changed our minds and asked more questions trying to find the best doors – quality, look and price, for our home. He responded to calls and emails promptly and gave us answers and new estimates as needed. At time of installation he worked around my schedule and from the start of installation there was no no time gap. His team came every day until the project was completed. They always left my property neat and clean when they left for the day and were prompt on arriving each day. We discussed replacement windows with Greg and John, and while we liked what we discussed, we ended up tabling the replacement for a year. We did our due diligence and research, and the following year we went ahead with Greg and John. Unfortunately, it was already winter of 2015-2016 by the time we got around to requesting Greg’s services.
As it so happened (we scheduled the 2-day window replacement weeks ahead of time), as the d-day approached we were alarmed to find out that the 2 days were going to be the coldest two days of the winter so far – wind chills in the single digits and very very cold and windy.
Nevertheless, Greg, John and their crew worked diligently over the two day period and at the end of each day, they cleaned up and vacuumed and left the house spotless. When we returned two days later, the old drafty and cold windows were gone, and brand new energy efficient windows were in.
Greg and John were extremely pro-active, going over every potential issue, giving us constant feedback and updates. We always felt our house was being well-cared for and protected.
This was a stressful event for us, because we have children and had to vacate the house for 2 days during a polar vortex / cold snap and we were fearful about how cold the house would be when the windows were being replaced. But Greg and John did such a good job, and we are grateful to them for a superior job well done.
1. They were proactive about questions and updates.
2. They were clean and conscious about cleaning up after themselves.
3. They were sensitive to our time constraints.
4. They were not pushy at all about “making the sale” or “closing the deal.”
5. The prices were lower than other window replacement companies, and far lower than Lowes or Home Depot.
6. The windows look great, and keep the house warm.
One additional benefit is that since we have forced air heat, our heating system used to dry the air to extremely low humidity levels because the heating system was on almost all the time. Even with humidifiers, the air would be so dry that our throats would hurt.
Now, our heating system comes on much less often, and consequently, our humidity in our house has risen to comfortable levels.
Trust and respect are rare commodities in the home-improvement world. When you find such commodities in a company, you really do feel lucky. Thank you to Greg and John for their hard work in very difficult circumstances to make our house warmer and more beautiful.

The experience was very good and went without a hitch. Window Solutions Plus is extremely professional and customer-oriented, and the quality of their work is excellent. From our first interaction, Greg and John were practical, direct and honest in their dealings. The installation was done well and as scheduled. John provided regular progress reports throughout. Chris was on-site for the entirety of the job and was very meticulous. When we pointed out a concern with one of the windows (manufacturer’s issue, not an installation issue), Window Solutions Plus brought our concern to the manufacturer which agreed to replace it at no cost to us. We felt that our interests were well looked after. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we are very happy to have found this team through Angie’s List. The entire process went very well. Greg from Window Solutions Plus, gave us several different choices among window manufacturers. He gave us the pros and cons of each. Once we decided on Harvey windows, he suggested but never pressured on the model that we selected. Window Solutions Plus’s price estimate was very competitive amongst the 4 competing estimates we received. Window Solution Plus’s delivery estimate was accurate. Once the windows arrived, the team worked efficiently to install the windows. They did a through job insulating and caulking each window. When work was complete for the day, the team clean up everything , both inside the house, as well as outside.
Description of work: Greg and the team from Window Solutions Plus sold and installed 3 sets of architectural windows. These windows units, custom built by Harvey windows comprised 2 double-hung units over a non-opening tempered glass base. The size of each unit was 5ft x 7ft. The windows make the look of our house. So it was important to get it right. Windows Solution Plus, hit the target on the bulls-eye! In addition to these custom units, they also installed 4 other standard replacement windows that perfectly matched the other windows at our house.

We had a beautiful sunny day and the installation went as I expected it would– seamlessly. Although the wall that the opening the door was to be installed in was structurally “off”, Greg and his team were able to securely fit my new storm door. This appeared to be no easy task. Greg and his team are true pros–I kid you not — and they fitted it perfectly. I now have a storm door that is obviously installed professionally and caulked meticulously. I have had numerous compliments and I am proud of this project. These guys show up when they say they will and do what they say they will do. So sure of them that I did not seek any quotes from other contractors.

We had to wait a few weeks for them to return with the new door as I was having my townhouse sided by another firm. We just had 18 windows replaced by Greg and his crew. We got quotes from several companies, some $20,000 more then what Greg and John quoted us. They didn’t pressure us at all and actually advised us to go with a lower quality window since the difference wasn’t worth the added cost for us. Found them to be very honest and up front. Install day came and wow. Talk about a machine, they and their crew worked just like a machine. I wish I had called Greg before I used my first contractor for the renovation. He and his team can do more than just replace windows! We just finished the first phase with them and now they are coming back to replace doors and baseboard, paint our rooms and put new shelving systems in our closets.
The experience with Greg was wonderful. He came in on time and he totally listened to us without trying to change our minds push us toward any other window makers he prefers. He always says to us ” You can always mix and match and it’s all about what you want”. We replaced all the windows on the first floor. When we came back from our 6-day vacation we had most of our casement windows done! (It rained straight 2 days on the week so they lost 2 days of progress). The house was cleaned and they used drop cloth to create a path as they walk into the house and they blocked the work area with plastic covers to contain the dust. I would say the team was very respectful and Greg was there all the time. Getting his hands dirty and working as well. I don’t think I see that very often on contractors who think their main job is to go out, create business then hand it to his workers.

Greg presented himself in a most professional manner and demonstrated superb knowledge and familiarity with replacement windows available from major suppliers, e.g. Andersen, Marvin, Perla, etc. He discussed the pros and cons of each and provided his opinion in a neutral manner without the slightest indication that he may be pushing one towards one brand or the other. We got WSP’s name from a recommended list of contractors on the Harvey Windows website.
As i wrote above in the description of work. he responded quickly and professionally with a home consultation and provided a lot of information at that time about how the window replacement construction process worked.
I am not sure whether he provided samples of products at that time or at a later visit, but he demonstrated and clearly explained the benefits and cost comparisons of each style.
When we decided on which manufacturer and style of window to use, he provided a detailed written estimate quickly. We were delayed in ordering and starting because of our own travel schedule, but Greg did his best to accommodate us and ordered promptly.
When the Sandy storm interfered, he supplied his own generator so we could proceed quickly. (We needed to followup the window work with painters before the Thanksgiving holiday)..His attention to cleanup was again very responsible. He made all the headaches of decision making, scheduling, and installation as painless as they could be.
He communicated professionally and promptly at all stages with phone calls and emails. His responsiveness and responsible work style was truly unique in our experience.
He does more comprehensive home remodeling in addition to this specialty and we would definitely contact him for a future need of other kinds as welll.

Windows Solutions Plus supplied and installed two replacement sliding windows sets, two replacement casement windows, and one replacement bathroom double hung. All required some carpentry adjustments, new internal frames and one involved replacement of part of an external wood sill and external wood frame. He dismantled and disposed of old windows and created new framing for new windows. The owner, Greg Pesaturo, provides a lot of expertise and construction advice at the time of home consultation and estimate , and he also works on site for the installation. They did lead containment in two rooms and outstanding cleanup in all rooms.
The professionalism and expertise of the owner Greg was truly unique in our experience. He shared excellent construction advice in general, spent time looking at the space involved, and really knew his product. He gave comparisons for different styles of windows along with the benefits of each. Two of the windows had some tricky roof exposure and he examined them carefully.
He followed up quickly with written estimates, contract and orders, and scheduling of work. Frankly he was a lot more prompt and detailed in his communications and follow through than we were and that is a first in our experience.

I met with several contractors due to the size and cost of the project, and in order for me to narrow
down my choice of the type of window. I originally wanted solid wood windows until I realized that my
budget would not be large enough. The range of prices was staggering, with the high bidder at 2 1/2 times the cost of the low bidder. Window Solutions Plus was somewhere in the middle of the price range, and the product that they offered was far superior to the lower-end windows I looked at. Another window company bid on the same exact window that I purchased, was $8,000 more expensive and didn’t seem terribly interested in getting the work.
